Yes. To do this, please go to the www.z-catering.de page in your browser, scroll to the end of the page and click on desktop page. However, registration using a PC is recommended.

You can register as a new customer at Z-Catering directly via the homepage www.z-catering.de. Click on „Registrierung / Registration / Kayit“ in the main menu, to register as a new customer.

On the welcome page of our online ordering system, please first choose whether you want to register for students or for teachers.

Then enter the name of the school that your child or you attend in an auto-complete input field. Please do not start with the word „school“ or „elementary school“, but directly with the name.

Please then enter the required information and finalise the registration. After successful new registration, you will receive your customer number, which you can use to log in to our online ordering system at any time via the „Login / Bestellungen“ button and make online orders (for teachers) or re-orders and cancellations (for students).

The prices and the subsidisation of school meals are established by the corresponding laws (School Act, Social Law). For primary school pupils up to and including 6th form, lunch in Berlin is free. For high school students from the 7th form onwards, the price per portion is currently €4.09. The prices for day-care centres and schools in Brandenburg depend on the contracts. With BuT claims, lunch has been free of charge nationwide and for all children since 01.08.2019.

With the Berlinpass (BuT), eligible persons receive one free lunch per school day. How it works: send a copy of the valid Berlin pass (Approval Notice for Education and Participation) to Z-Catering by post, by e-mail to schulessen@lunchboxbestellung.z-catering.de or by fax to 030-405 344 32 69. Please note that we must always have an up-to-date copy of the Berlinpass (BuT) in order to be able to provide the benefits of the Education and Participation package. We can only accept valid Berlinpasses, i.e. you must ensure that the Berlinpass is extended and that we receive a copy of this extended pass in good time. Expired Berlinpasses or retroactive credit from a previous month in the event of late submission of a valid Berlinpass cannot be taken into account.

Z-Catering offers special meals for pupils in primary schools.
A medical certificate is a prerequisite for the provision of special meals.

All meal plans are available in the online ordering system after you have logged in with your customer number and your personal password.

If you lose your customer card, please call 030-4053443-10, so that we can block your card in good time and protect it from misuse.
You will receive a new customer card for a fee of EUR 5.00.

There are two options:

1. Your child will move to a school that is not supplied by Z-Catering. In this case, you must terminate your contract by e-mail or post, in writing but without requiring a form to do so, and specify the last day of supply.

2. Your child will move to a school that is also supplied by Z-catering. In this case, we need notification by email with the child’s family name and first name, the names of the school attended so far and the new school, as well as the date from which the child will need lunch in the new school.

You can cancel your contract in writing by e-mail to schulessen@lunchboxbestellung.z-catering.de, by post or by fax 030-405 344 32 69.

In this case, we will send you a registration form by post on request. Please fill it legibly and send it back to us.
